Brett H. Schultz, Esq. is a Marital & Family Law attorney, but that only makes sense given his background. After representing hundreds of abused, neglected, and abandoned children as an attorney for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Guardian Ad Litem Program in Miami-Dade County before the Honorable Cindy S. Lederman, Mr. Schultz founded his law practice in 2006 with a simple premise in mind: He wanted to provide legal representation to those who are enduring, and many times suffering from, the difficult and emotional circumstances that accompany the family law process.
Mr. Schultz prides himself on resolving these particular type of challenges by carefully listening to his clients’ needs and desires, assessing all of the relevant legal issues, and implementing a cost-effective and efficient strategy. In addition to being a certified Guardian Ad Litem for over 15 years, Mr. Schultz earned his B.A. in Psychology with distinction from University of Buffalo in 1997, and his Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School three years later.
